Beach Access:

NatureWalk enjoys a private nature path to the beach. The Lilly Lane Beach Trail located near 'The Gathering Place' travels through nature preserves to the San Juan Avenue public beach access about 1 mile.
An additional public beach access, Scenic 395 Beach Access, is 2.1 miles from the home.

Pool Access:

The NatureWalk ‘Gathering Place’ is located approximately 75 yards from 'The Laughing Place' featuring 2 pools (one heated), Jacuzzi, children’s playground, etc. The NatureWalk beach trail, located near the ‘Gathering Place’ , is a short nature trail through state forest and a sleepy side road (San Juan Ave) leading to the beach.

Golf Cart:
The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.

Home was beautiful, clean, had all of the essentials and plenty of space for a large group. Only negative feedback would be the upstairs master bedroom mattress was horribly uncomfortable. It was very hard. We would recommend a foam topper to make it more comfortable.

Other than the initial wrong address on directions portion of the welcome link (it read an old address maybe- 13 river oats i think), which caused a bit of panic for about 10 minutes, the rest of the stay was wonderful! And this company was very easy to work with and very responsive. We will be booking again next year!

5 star stay. Happy with the property and location. A few things that may help the next guest. Ants in the master bath, kitchen, and stair. Dryer filter is getting clogged and won't seat properly, so the lint may quickly become a hazard in the future, a few of the doorstops had fallen off or were loose, upstairs master bath toilet sometimes wouldn't stop running.
