Great stay ! Beautiful house in an amazing resort. Literally everything you need for your stay there. Like a small town. Only thing we would say negative is bed sheets and comforter could be softer but would definitely recommend this place for anybody looking for an amazing vacation. Will book again for our annual spring break !

Great overall experience- i wanted to let you know that 1 of the bikes is missing a bolt in the peddle and is very dangerous and needs to be serviced- also the outdoor grill needs to be cleaned - we lit it and could not use because it had so much grease in the bottom it caused a grease fire - another huge safety issue - I know I would want to know if I was the property owner.

We really enjoyed the house and felt that it was clean and the beds and linens were really comfortable. The space was large enough to accommodate all of us and our stuff. The kitchen was decently stocked. Even the loft area had a dresser and a nightstand with drawers so we didn't have stuff everywhere. We loved the location near Baytown Wharf and the use of the golf carts- it was nice not to have to get sand in our vehicles when we went to the beach. The wagon to take our stuff to the beach was also convenient! We were a group of six for four nights and they left us one kitchen towel, one kitchen wash cloth, one small roll of paper towels, one single use laundry soap, one tiny dish soap, no surface cleaner for the kitchen counters, and not enough trash bags. There were also no hot pads for taking hot things out of the oven. I expected a little bit more for an almost $4K stay. Luckily there is a Publix in Sandestin so we were able to grab these things.

Our stay was wonderful. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. The golf cart age of 21 is a little disappointing bc young kids are driving golf carts all over the resort, but my 17 yo son couldn’t drive his sister to the beach in the cart. He had to drive his truck to the beach each time and search for a big enough parking place. Housekeeping should also make sure dishes are clean between occupants. We found food stuck to all the dinner plates the first night so we had to wash everything. They also left one of the twin beds unmade when we arrived. No sheets for it anywhere in the house.
